Welcome to the new way of wine making
We use the very best wine grapes available, and the quality control used by our suppliers is equal to the guidelines used for commercial wines. These regulations coupled with our store's thorough process ensure an excellent final product.
In the past, homemade red wines didn't compare to the better store-bought wines. Now in many of our better red wines we add grape skins during the Fermentation Process to give them a deep colour, chewy tannins, tantalizing flavour and complex aromas.
Properly made, U-Brew wines can now stand alongside $15 to $25 liquor store wines for much less cost. Customers even tell us that certain $50.00 store-bought wines aren't as good as the wines they make at the Fermented Grape.
