Our family owned and operated Burnaby location has been helping wine-lovers craft their very own wine for over 16 years.

Our Beginning


The Fermented Grape (opened by Ed Hepting) came about through Ed's love of people and wine. Ed started the business after his retirement from government service and has passed it on to his daughter, Anita, who shares in his passion for people and wine. Anita started working in the business in 2001 and now runs the store full time.

Our Staff


The Fermented Grape team are dedicated to customer service and devoted to producing excellent wines. We will be happy to help you choose the right wine for your personal tastes and/or your special occasion events.  Upon request we can assist you in Cantonese, Mandarin and French.
