Every autumn we send out each of our suppliers to find the very best grapes available. Then their top wine-making experts craft a first rate wine. These Limited Edition wines are of the highest quality and win a number of International Wine-making awards every year. Due to their extremely high quality these wines are only available in restricted quantities and must be pre-ordered.

    Once you have placed your pre-order for a Limited Edition wine we will order a wine kit for you. Upon the kit's arrival you will receive a call to confirm your interest in the purchase, and we can arrange a time for you to come in and begin the wine-making process!

Aglianico - Italy - with grapes skins- Released April 2015


This easy-to-drink wine features subtle and soft oak characters, with flavours of tobacco, smoke, and rich dark fruit. This dry red pairs nicely with pasta pormodoro, beef fillet, eggplant parmesan, and Gouda cheese.

Cabernet Merlot - Chile -with grape skins- Released December 2014


A full-bodied and smooth red wine, this Cabernet Merlot features a bouquet of dried prunes, blackberry and raspberry, with a slight hint of chocolate. This dry red goes well with seared lamb shoulder chops with dill, sweet potato risotto, and Cheddar cheese.

With the delightful aromas of apple, cantaloupe, spice, and vanilla, this dry, medium-bodied white wine lingers on the tongue. Try pairing it with sushi, lightly grilled chicken, or Camembert cheese.

This light-bodied white wine is a fantastic example of a well-balanced Spanish wine. Its crisp and refreshing taste opens with floral and lemon notes, then bursts with white peach and citrus. Pair it with calamari, shellfish, greens dressed in vinaigrette, or Asiago cheese.

Passport Series Brunello - Italian - with grapes skins - Released January 2015


Another well-balanced wine, this one from Italy. Made from Sangiovese grapes that give it a distinct deep garnet colour, this dry, sweet red produces leather, cranberry, and tobacco aromas, with rich cherry flavours. This pairs nicely with grilled steak Florentine, beef ragu over pappardelle pasta, or a mix of hard cheeses.

This full-bodied Washington wine provides the intense aromas of vanilla, cedar, and smoke. The flavour features ripe cherries and blackberries. This warm wine goes great with barbequed lamb chops, duck, filet mignon, and other rich meats.

This full-bodied blend is a bold combination of three classic Chilean wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Merlot. It is a deep, dry red, with a smooth,balanced, and lingering flavour. Pairs nicely with grilled meats, Indian curry, and Asiago cheese.

Limited Edition Riesling - Mosel Valley Germany - Released January 2015


This off-dry, light to medium-bodied wine is known for its lemon, fresh apple, and limestone flavours, with a tangy acidic kick that can only come from the Riesling grape. A great “anytime” wine, many people consider this their wild-card, pairing it with nearly anything.

Limited Edition Shiraz Viognier - Australia - Released January 2015


This Australian bled offers a unique mixture of the strong, spicy, and tannic red grape Shiraz, and the softer white grape Viognier. What is produced is an amazing full-bodied marriage of black cherry, smoky plum, black pepper, exotic jasmine flour, ripe apricot, and peach. Try it with grilled lamb stuffed with an apricot-mint stuffing, or barbeque ribs.

Limited Edition Super Tuscan with grape skins - Italy - Released April 2015


In an attempt to break out from rules that had been confining them, Italian winemakers in the 1970s disregarded their limitation in favour of superior quality. This full-bodied red is the result. A combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, this dry red goes well with spaghetti Bolognese, osso buco, or Asiago cheese.

A distinct blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Muscat make for a refreshing medium-bodied white. A delightful wine all on its own, the Trio Blanca pairs well with white meats like roasted duck or turkey, as well as exotic south-Asian cuisine.

With a name like Triumph, you know it's going to be something special. This dry, medium to full-bodied red is a harmonious blend of Bordeaux's finest; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Try it with beef stroganoff, barbequed steak, or Cheddar.
